Did you know eating fish and taking fish iil prevents sunburn, heart attacks, and some skin cancers?
The studies show that eating fish and supplementing with fish oil increases the Omega-3 fatty acids in the cell membrane of
every cell. This increase in Omega-3 fatty acids stablizes every cell by making them anti-inflamatory, which prevents sunburn,
heart attacks, strokes, and melanoma. Increasing our daily intake of Omega-3 is not enough, but when we decrease our Omega-6
consumption by avoiding vegatable or seeds, oils from corn, canola, grapes seed, etc., we increase the Omega-3 index. The
Omega-3 index is a blood test that measures the Omega-3 fatty acids in the cell membrane. When the Omega-3 index is above 8%, the
risk of heart attacks decrease by 90%. See the video below to learn more about the Omega-3 index.
The studies are clear that everyone should be eating fish or foods with Omega-3 fatty acids, or they should be supplementing their
diet with fish oil or flax seed oil.
I recommend taking 2-4 grams of Omega-3 fatty acids which contain DHA and EPA.
