Effects Of Sugar and Carbohydrates

Did you know that sugar and carbohydrates cause heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, and cancer?


The simple truth is sugar and carbohydrates are killing us. The simple solution is to wean foods like grains, beans, milk, night shade plants, sugars, and products with high fructose corn syrup from our diet. As we avoid these foods, our triglycerides (a bad cholesterol) decreases and so does the inflammation in our body, and the body can then heal itself. What we need to realize is that there are foods (carbohydrates and vegetable oils) we eat that cause inflammation and promote illness. This inflammation causes obesity, arthritis, heart attacks, strokes, autoimmune diseases, irritable bowel disease, heart burn, and a host of other illnesses.

The second part of the equation is HDL. HDL is the good cholesterol. HDL increases as we eat fish, consume fish oil, or consume other Omega-3 products like flax seed oil. I recommend at least 2-4 grams per day. Omega-3 fatty acids are anti- inflammatory and make up the cell wall of every cell. Therefore, it decreases the inflammatory response to sunlight, infection, or whatever trauma.
